Alzheimer's disease recently popped up in the news again so I thought I'd share a few tips on memory and let you know what you can do to protect it.

Today I'm going to tell you ONE way to help your memory.

You may think it's a bit simple or maybe even weird, but as they say, ‘Don't overlook the obvious!’

EAT MORE CHICKEN.

This low fat protein is loaded with niacin, a B-vitamin that forms a protective barrier around cells and defends against AGING.

Isn’t that incredible?

Now, get this - people who eat the most niacin-rich foods lower their risk of memory decline and Alzheimer's by a massive 80%. Now that’s definitely amazing as far as I’m concerned.

Aim for at least 15 mg of niacin (vitamin B3) daily. It’s likely you’ll get about 13 mg in a medium sized portion of chicken.

But, I’m not talking about the fried chicken that comes in a red box!

Please make sure it’s good quality chicken. HORMONE free organic chicken is best, but if not try to make sure they are at least free range.

So eat more chicken, or if you are veggie – or just don’t like chicken – then you could supplement with a good B-complex vitamin.

When you do that, you're protecting your memory.
