This is going to be a super short - I'm just going to give you one tip that you really must know.

​Eat Eggs…

Good old fashioned eggs are a great source of choline and betaine, a couple of nutrients that lower your levels of a compound called HOMOCYSTEINE.

High levels of homocysteine can trigger blood clots and have also been associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

So keeping your homocysteine levels under control is definitely a very good idea!
